My husband was need of a root canal immediately. He was in excruciating pain. No office was open on a Saturday. Then I found TRU Dental in Charlotte, NC. The staff welcomed us right in like we were family. Dr. Sharma listened and he explained everything we needed to know. He took care of Mike's tooth and his staff was absolutely the best! We may have drove 2 hours to get his tooth taken care of, but it was worth every mile! I definitely will recommend his office! Thank you Dr. Sharma and your assistant for taking care of my husband!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Tru Dental! I had been dealing with a terrible toothache for almost two weeks and was trying to get in with a dentist, but no one was calling me back. By Sunday evening, the pain had become unbearable. A friend recommended Tru Dental, and I am so glad they did! Around 5pm, I went online and was able to book an appointment for 7pm that same night. From the moment I arrived, everything moved so quickly. I was checked in, had X-rays done within about 15 minutes, and was seeing Dr. Suchitar Sharma almost immediately. I ended up needing a root canal, which is scary enough—especially at seven months pregnant—but Dr. Sharma made the entire experience so much better. He explained everything clearly, never pressured me, answered all of my questions, and helped me figure out the best option. He was also so funny, which I never expected from a dentist! He kept me laughing throughout the procedure and really helped ease my nerves. Even though it was late, I never felt rushed. I went in on a Sunday for an emergency dental visit, and scheduling online was quick and convenient. When I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly. Once they determined what needed to be done, everything was explained clearly, including pricing, and everyone was caring and patient while I decided on the best next step. I would absolutely recommend Tru Dental, especially if you need emergency treatment, the quality of care was excellent, and the staff’s patience and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to handle.

We had a wonderful experience with this emergency dental office. Scheduling was easy. We booked online and got a 9 p.m. Saturday appointment for my mom, who was visiting with tooth pain. From start to finish, the staff was fantastic. The receptionist called ahead and was very friendly. Dr. Sharma was exceptionally thorough and had an excellent bedside manner, explaining all options before my mom’s two extractions. Even though she’s typically anxious at dentists, she left relieved and pleased. I highly recommend this office for both their professionalism and their care!

Dr. Sharma is the best emergency dentist in Charlotte. I had a dental emergency and he treated me quickly and with great care. He was very professional, kind, and explained everything clearly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Dr. Sharma, my pain was relieved the same day. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs urgent dental care.
